I usually have quite a bit of thinking through a layout…and sometimes have to get it down to see if I really like it. As you could tell from the video, there is still some work to be done, but it’s always easier to do, once something is down. I hope you’ll stay tuned each month as I work through my book!

Yes, I tend to go for the ‘regular’ size as well. I’m ok with the size of the collages, but I never go beyond 12 photos per page. And when I do this, they are usually photos that I’m ok with being smaller. If I want a grouping but really love the photos, I will only put 4 on the page. Designing and ordering a larger book will definitely help. If you plan on doing a book with a majority of collages or multiple images on the page, I think this may be the way to go. In my opinion, the proportion and feel of the ‘regular’ book just works for me, but this is purely personal preference!

As well as your last one, which I caught up on today. I’m curious as to what size you’re going to order. I ordered the “regular” size for my last family yearbook. I like to do a fair number of collages, and sometimes felt like the book was too small for greater than 5-ish photos to a page. Thoughts?
